Subscription eCommerce is my other big obsession at the moment, as this report from Royal Mail states within the next 5 years it’s going to be worth £1bn in the UK. But it’s a much more complex market than you might think… which is why I’m really pleased to finally be able to get my hands on a copy of this report.
